Processing Policy

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only which are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on major US holiday's.

Taxes are applicable to the state of South Carolina with an 8% tax rate.

We only offer APO address shipping outside of the USA at this time. Shipping rates are determined by USPS and are applied during checkout. We do not set, adjust, nor control the rates that USPS provides. Once your package has been sent to USPS for shipping, if lost, please file a claim with USPS prior to contacting Simply Good Soap for lost/stolen packages.
